Why 1060 pure aluminum for LED high bay?

1. High purity and thermal conductivity
1060 pure aluminum has a purity of over 99.6%, and its thermal conductivity is 15% higher than that of ordinary alloy aluminum plates. The hydraulic process, through high-pressure forming, enables precise control over the internal structure of the aluminum material, ensuring seamless integration between the heat sink and the lamp body, and preventing cracking or deformation caused by thermal stress.

2. Ductility and corrosion resistance
Pure aluminum exhibits excellent ductility, and hydraulic processes can stamp it into complex heat dissipation structures (such as fins and grooves) to increase the heat dissipation area. In the humid climate, the naturally formed oxide film on the aluminum surface effectively resists corrosion, extending the lifespan of lighting fixtures.
 
3. Lightweight and cost advantage
With a density of only 2.7g/cm³, it is 1/3 of steel, and the hydraulic process can reduce material waste and lower the overall weight. Compared to other aluminum plates, 1060 pure aluminum has a more stable price, making it suitable for mass production.

The integrated design of the hydraulically formed heat sink and the lamp body ensures a shorter heat conduction path, resulting in a 20% higher heat dissipation efficiency compared to traditional welding processes.
